Why is this subject important, valuable and engaging?

It contextualises the skills required in business, and strengthens the capabilities of creative students as budding entrepreneurs in their own chosen industries, while also fostering a sense of intrapreneurship that could be implemented in an employment setting. Learners will be exposed to a range of different business concepts which will help to embed analytical, literacy and numeracy skills which are essential across the whole curriculum.

No prior knowledge of study is required for this course, however an interest in business or the activities of some specific organisations is expected.
